LICOSYS Technology Company provides web hosting and domain registration services. Users should comply with this services agreement who using our services. We reserved the right to suspend or terminate customer’s account that breaks any point in there and change the terms & conditions without notification anytime.

Services Usage

All services provided by LICOSYS may be used for lawful purposes only; usage in violation of any Hong Kong Government law is prohibited.

We are NOT accepting the website that includes the following content:

• Pirated software or MP3 files
• Porn
• Spam & Hacker Tools

We are NOT accepting the users who send spam mail thru our server.

We are NOT accepting the users who use our server for files distribution.

Disk Space

LICOSYS have the right to suspend the account or terminate who exceeded the disk limitation.

Forum

We accept users create php-based forum by themselves. But cause of the high resources loading of forum, we have the right to charge additional fee to users. If there are more than two hundred visitors on the forum at the time, we would send the notification to users. If users not accept the additional charge and keep the forum running, we have the right to suspend their accounts.

Server Resource

Any website that uses a high amount of server resources (such as, but not limited to, CPU usage, memory usage, and network resources) will be given an option of either paying extra (which depends on the resource needed) or reducing the resource used to an acceptable level.

If users not accept the additional charge and keep the website running, we have the right to suspend their account. LICOSYS shall be the sole arbiter of what is considered to be a high server usage level.

Money Back Guarantee

Each of LICOSYS shared and reseller plans includes a full 30-days money back guarantee. If Customer is not completely satisfied with LICOSYS services within the refund time period of 30 days, then Customer will be given a full refund of the contract amount excluding overages. No refund is available after that period.

This policy does not apply to any additional services such as overages, disk space, bandwidth, maintenance fees, domain registrations, SSL Certificates and/or Dedicated IP orders etc. Accounts cancelled/terminated for violating the Terms of Service do not qualify for the 30-day money back guarantee. Only first-time accounts are eligible for a refund.

Refunds are processed in the same manner payment was made and may take up to 5-15 business days to complete.

Backup Policy

Your use of the service is at your sole risk. LICOSYS is not responsible for files and data residing on your account. You agree to take full responsibility for files and data transferred and to maintain all appropriate backup of files and data stored on LICOSYS servers.

LICOSYS will not responsible for any data loss from your account, also we don’t have responsibility to compensate to customers when it’s happen. You are agree that it's your responsibility to backup the data from your account.

Personal Data

We collect your personal data in order to provide you with our Services. We will keep your personal data confidential. We may provide it to third parties employed by us for the purpose of providing our Services. This may include any of the following services: on site services, maintenance, billing, credit checking and debt collection.

Third parties to whom your personal data are provided can use the data only for the limited purpose for which it is provided. We will also disclose your personal data if we are required to do so by law and in order to assist in the detection or prevention of crime.
